Our daycare center staff is friendly, eager and educated. Teachers receive 20 hours of training each year in order to enhance their knowledge in the field of Early Childhood Education and provide your children with the best possible start to their educational journey.

We also have preschool teachers who are continuing their education by taking classes to achieve a higher degree in the field of education. When you enroll your child in our Chicago and Evanston preschool programs, you can be assured that the teachers educating your children are passionate about their growth and development.

We know that safety is important when choosing a childcare center. Every classroom in our center, the playground, and both sides of the building are equipped with an ADT video monitoring system. This is to ensure the safety of the children, parents, and staff. Additionally, everyone must provide a personal 4-digit code in order to enter the building.

A playground is a great place for children to evolve their gross motor skills and social skills in addition to many other learning opportunities. There are bikes, climbers, balls, hula hoops, and many other materials for them to utilize and play with.

We recently upgraded and improved our playground safety at our preschool center by installing SYNLawn® synthetic grass at both locations!

Our center has recently been awarded the Gold Level for both locations with Excelerate Illinois. This is a program that requires high standards in daycare centers and in return provides materials and grants to centers. This means that not only can your est easy knowing that we are one of the best daycares in Chicago and Evanston, but also that we can use these rewards to keep getting better.

We are proud to have achieved a 3-Star level for our Evanston location and a 3-Star level for Chicago (the highest level). Both locations of Toddler Town are currently in the Self Study phase for NAEYC Accreditation.

The curriculum used here at Toddler Town is a fully-accessible online program that parents can access when desired. Creative Curriculum/Teaching Strategies provides both teachers and parents the opportunity to establish a solid home/school connection, expanding the success of their little ones while in preschool.

Teachers at our Evanston and Chicago preschools are able to input observations, pictures, videos, report cards and parent-teacher forms which are used for conferences held throughout the year with parents.

Parents can access this site to monitor their child’s development as well as communicate with teachers through messages sent via the site.

We encourage all parents to join the website using an email address where a personal invitation can be sent. Our staff is also ready and able to create an email for parents who may not have one.
